Cancellation policy

If a seminar participant cancels for personal reasons, the seminar fee, once paid, will not be refunded. In the event that the company cancels the seminar owing to a natural disaster such as a typhoon or reasons related to the company the seminar fee will be refunded.

Seminar attendance substitution

If for some unavoidable reason the participant is unable to attend the seminar, he/she may allow a substitute to go in his/her place. In the event of wishing to do this (permissible until one working day beforehand), please contact the company at the following:

Please note that we do not accept transfers to other seminars.

Changes to the time and date

In the event that the company changes the date and/or time of the seminar the person in charge of the seminar will, in principle, notify the participants of the change five working days beforehand by email or telephone. The only exception to this will be for circumstances beyond the company’s control, such as the sudden illness of the instructor. In this situation, the company will ask the participants if they are able to attend the seminar on another day and/or at a different time. If the participants are unable to attend on the new date/time, the seminar fee will be refunded.

Cancellation

If, owing to bad weather or a natural disaster such as a typhoon, the company cancels the seminar, the company will, in principle, notify the participants the day before by email or telephone. The only exception to this will be for circumstances beyond the company’s control, such as the sudden illness of the instructor. If the seminar is cancelled, the seminar fee will be refunded. (Payment transfer fees will be borne by the company.)
Please note that, unless the company notifies the participant of a change to or cancellation of the seminar, if the participant cancels owing to a circumstances such as snow or a train delay, this will be classed as the participant cancelling for personal reasons. We would appreciate your understanding of this matter.

Refund method

We will refund the seminar fee to your designated account. Please provide the following information to the seminar staff. After receiving this information, we will refund the seminar fee within about seven days.
