Q: The accompanying CD won’t play on my CD player.

Step ①
It might not be an audio CD. Check to see if DIGITAL AUDIO is written under the COMPACT disc logo on the actual CD. If it isn’t, it won’t play on CD player. In this case, it is a CD-ROM, which stores data like PDF files and/or MP3 audio files, and needs to be accessed via a computer. Please use it with a computer.

Step ②
If the accompanying CD does have DIGITAL AUDIO written on it but it won’t play, clean the surface of the CD and try again. If it still won’t work, try it on another player. If you don’t have another player, try another CD on the player you are trying to use.

If you have tried Step ①、Step ②above, and the CD still won’t play, it is possible that the CD is defective. In this case, to replace the CD, please contact us here.

Q: When I try to register or change my e-mail address, a “This e-mail address has already been registered” message appears.

Also, multiple IDs cannot be combined. To make a change or register using an already registered e-mail address, you must first unregister that e-mail address.

Teaching Japanese

Q: I am going to teach Japanese to foreigners. What do I need?
What you will to teach will depend on the current Japanese level of the learner(s). Please refer to our Japanese Teaching/Study Material Chart.
