This textbook aims to develop the ability to use kanji in daily life while preparing for Japanese Language Proficiency Test N4 level kanji.

The book consists of two parts: "Proficiency Training" and "Test Yourself". In the “Proficiency Training” part, you will study 278 kanji (including 186 for writing practice) in 15 sections. In the “Test Yourself” part, you will answer questions in the same format as the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (2 tests).

In the “Proficiency Training” part, while reading short sentences about the Nguyen family from Vietnam, you will learn how to read and write the kanji used in the vocabulary and in the sentences. By linking the kanji with the vocabulary in the sentences, you will learn how the kanji are actually used and develop your ability to use them.

The N4 level kanji vocabulary to be studied comes with English and Vietnamese translations.
